This song is my take on news interviews with people caught up in the war in Ukraine, particularly a young woman who had just come out of hiding in a basement for more than 30 days and a woman who gave a Russian soldier sunflower seeds to put in his pocket, so where he died the flowers would remain. All proceeds from the sale of this track will be donated to The British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.
